I got the chair when it was on sale and I had a coupon so I got a great deal. However after a week of using it I can say it's worth full price. I've had plenty of office chairs through the years but recently got a work from home job and needed to furnish my own office. I almost bought one of the ridiculously expensive top brands (HM) but one of my old coworkers told me about this one. I'm so glad he did! It was easy to put together so don't bother with paying for them to do it. It's adjustable comfortable and sturdy. My husband now wants one to replace his $300 gaming chair because he says this one feels better. Get this chair if you are on the fence you won't regret it.
Returned in less than a week. looks good assembled easily and seems well made. But the rear of the seat was so low compared to the front that when sitting properly it was impossible for my body to be comfortable. i replaced it with similar but more adjustable model.
I tried other chairs and found my back would hurt sitting in the chair all day. This chair was comfortable and gave me no back pain. I am 5'10" and 170 lbs with no back issues. I tried the big and tall chairs thinking they would be comfortable but they did not work for someone my size. The gaming chairs were comfortable (I used my son's for a while) but they don't look very professional on Zoom calls. This is a professional looking chair. This is the chair for me and my home office.
The chair is very nice so far. Nothing is perfect. It seems to be a good value. The most-significant improvement I can think of is to have more control over positioning the head/neck rest which is almost impossible to adjust while sitting has no way to change the elevation of the pivot point (distance from seat to rest fulcrum) and has only a few click positions for tilt. Why not have that be continuously adjustable and also be able to set both elevation and how far it is from the seat back?
