Very comfortable with good lumbar support. Also very sturdy feel to the legs. Didn't think I would like the headrest but after trying it I use it all the time. Good purchase!

Comfortable and feels sturdy. I did not install the headrest as it was jabbing me in the should blades - not made for taller people.

I like the chair. I don't like that the instructions are printed in stupid--English would be nice. I put the seat on backwards the first time and it wasn't pleasant to sit on.

Chair is designed for short people.

If you are over 6' tall this is NOT the chair for you. I am 6' 2" so the head rest hits me about 2" below the top of my shoulders. The seat frame is only 17" wide from inside of left frame to the inside of the right frame. So unless you have hips 15" wide or less it's going to feed like you are sitting on the open end of a bucket. The mesh sags when you sit so your hips hit the sides of the frame pushing in on your hips. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. If you are a large frame person I recommend you figure out your dimensions and closely check the chair dimensions of the chair you are intending on purchasing. It seems if it's made in China it most likely won't fit an Anglo body frame.

Try it out in stores before you buy it. It's a unique chair. I enjoy mine. Difficult to assemble??? Nah my wife assembled it without any help in about 20 minutes (I can't recall her ever putting together any other furniture before). If you think this is difficult to assemble I would venture to say that any chair you buy unassembled is going to be "difficult" to assemble. As far as being a cure all for back problems. I'll say it helped mine but not cured them unfortunately. Everything works well on mine and it's been about 6 months since purchase.

Exceeded expectations!

This chair was on sale at time of purchase so the lower price got my attention but I was worried about whether the chair would really be ergonomic or not. I have back issues at times and luckily this chair is very comfortable!! It was definitely worth the money as compared to other 'home office' type chairs I've seen. Highly recommend... especially if it's on sale!

Perfect support in lumbar and neck areas. very comfortable seat and overall size is not too big- fits into traditional desks.
