I haven't had much opportunity to use it but it was comfortable when I did and it is a huge improvement over the one it replaced.

Great office addition

I am particular about the support and function of a chair. As a Physical Therapist I often search for a chair to provide comfort and function. This is a great chair for circulation and support of lumbar/ neck. I got this chair for my children office work. It does not work as well for my husband due to his height. The neck does not hit him correct. Best for 5’6” to 5’8”. I suggest you sit in it to assure good placement of the neck support

Great seat wonky headrest

I bought this seat because it was mesh. That part is great. It's very comfortable and supportive. The only flaw in the design is the headrest. While the ability to tilt the headrest is nice it does not adjust up and down by more than an inch or so and consequently hits me in the shoulder. If I adjust the headrest back to not hit me in the shoulder then I do not find the headrest functional because it is positioned looking at the ceiling.

Narrow Seat Hurts

The seat on this chair is so uncomfortable I'm already shopping for a replacement chair. The steel frame on the seat of this chair is too narrow. After only a few weeks the seat mesh stretched slightly so every time I sit down in the chair both hip bones hurt because they rub again the steel frame. I am 5'10" and 180 lbs so not huge but seat is still too small. Tried using a 2" foam pad on the seat but metal seat frame is still too hard. This chair could be perfect if it came with a nice thick high-density seat cushion that would not bottom-out.
