Chair was available for instore pick up. Very comfortable supports lower back and rolls great on tile flooring We found the headrest a bit uncomfortable so we opted not to install it.

My husband couldn’t be more thrilled with this new work chair. He spends 10 plus hours at his desk a day and said this chair makes all the difference. It was super easy because it was already built....we brought it home and he began using it immediately. The salesman was super friendly and knowledgeable about these chairs.

We seem to go through office chairs faster than we should. The "leather look" tears from rubbing against the desk and we have had to replace several chairs. This mesh chair is comfortable light-weight and works for everyone whether short or tall light or heavy.

Uncomfortable and useless

Unless you're a 5'7 long back short legged and short armed person who also happens to have a short neck you'll absolutely hate the chair. I bought this because of all the great reviews but after assembling it and using it for a couple months after heavy modification it's still absolutely sh**. The actual seat is wayy too short the headrest is way too tilted forward with the length being too short the arm rest are high to your neck you have to have very short T rex type arms to use it. The back is build weird you have to be short but have a long back to be comfortable. All in all probably the most useless expensive heap of smelling metal sh** I've ever bought. Wish their return policy was better.

LOVE this chair. Very comfortable - easy assembly. We ordered two and are very happy with them. It's impressively large but not bulky. Highly recommend.

My major issue with this chair is twice it got shipped to me damaged.Both times it was the plastic piece on the L shaped part on the back part of the seat .. customer care specialist was very helpful and a replacement part was ordered. Sadly this must be a common problem since that part will not be here till May .
