With the headrest on this chair is not comfortable. Took it off and it is better but the seat part makes impressions all over the back of your legs

I am very happy with this chair. It is well made and very comfortable. It has adjustments which make it easy to customize the positions. The mesh conforms to the body well. Assembly was easy once I figured out how to install the casters in the base of the chair. I would highly recommend this chair and would buy it again if needed. It is also guaranteed for 7 years by the company.
