Put it together pretty quickly with enclosed hex-key wrench & screws. The chair's a fine roomy enough fit for my 5'9" body (even with some xtra pandemic-bulk) but I can easily see how past reviewers felt it too confining or uncomfortable for their larger heavier frames. This one's narrower in the wheelbase & seating profile than the 15-year old fully-loaded office chair it replaces which works well for the small space around it. That said long-term seating can probably start to fatigue the fuller broader user without a proper pitch-tilt mechanism & weight-sagged netting for/on the seat.

Working from home even before the pandemic I needed a solid chair--this is it! Now I can dump the pillows and other supports as it provides all the correct support for head neck and lumbar. Thanks.

Chair was easily assembled thanks to your system and clear instructions. Very comfortable so far mesh keeps you cool. I am only 5'2" and headrest and lumbar adjust to fit me comfortably.

I assembled the chair with no problem but had the chair been in stock I would have paid the extra $15 to have it assembled. It seems to be sturdy well made and supports my back and neck. I like the reclining back rest and don’t feel like I’m about to topple over when leaning back. The height adjustment is sufficient to position my eyes at a comfortable distance from my laptop computer. The adjustable arm rests are also a plus. The neck support has some rotating and height adjustment but is a little difficult to adjust perhaps because it’s new. Overall I like the chair it was a good price and I would purchase it again
