Very happy with my purchase. This chair looks good and is very comfortable even for long work days. Love the reclining feature for short brakes.

I've been looking for a chair to help with my back pain and this is it! For reference I am 5'2" and most chairs are overwhelming. This one is a perfect fit. I noticed a difference on the first day of use.

Wheels came apart the first day. had to use wheels from old chair because these wheels are inferior. Also head rest is awkward. removed headrest and discarded. Disappointing

This is my second Hyken. I was researching Herman Miller chairs (whatever the fancy ones are) and people kept talking about this chair as a reasonably priced alternative so I ordered one for myself. Loved it so much I ordered one for my wife. It’s a fantastic chair. I put 8-10 hours in it each day and it works. It’s comfortable enforces good posture I’m no longer aching at the end of the day. Will buy another some day.
