Good design but flawed production.

The chair is nice and all but it has a problem with the pneumatic cylinder. I got this chair 2.5 years ago and after 9 months the cylinder broke and always lost height over a few minutes. Staples replaced the chair for free and now after almost 2 years the same issue is happening on the new one it loses height slowly until it bottoms out.

This is a new work-from-home chair for me. It is comfortable and the sale price of $199 was worth it. I may not have chosen this at the $259 price however.

Easy to assemble recommend following the instructions which were clear. No tools required other than the Allen wrench supplied. Comfy sturdy good quality great adjustments!

I have had many of an office chair but after sitting in this one I can finally sit comfortably and work. I’ve had back surgery and I tend to not be able to sit for a long period of time due to pain. But this chair is a game changer! And I’m a short person I’m 5 foot 1 1/2 inches and it would raise up taller if I was tall but it is a perfect height for me.
