The headrest and back are fine for me but I'd rather have a seat cushion than the mesh. Good chair for shorter people which is why I bought it.

Love this mesh chair. Assembly was a snap and it is quite comfortable. I went through a slew of those $50 - $75 chairs for my home office that maybe lasted a year before coming apart. Don't make my mistake. Spend a bit more up front for something like this and enjoy.

I was taasked with purchasing office chairs for sixteen employees. I read reviews sat in every display chair available surveyed the employees needs and found this chair. This is the perfect chair for everyone. The chair's comfort and adjustability fit everyones needs. They are so comfortable that someone thanks me almost everyday for purchasing their chair. I liked it so well I went back and bought one for my home office. I had the chairs put together at the store and they did a great job.

Very comfortable easily assembled. I bought the 3 yr warranty because I had to replace my old chair due to the air canister not holding up chair to height. Don't want to worry about it happening to this one...for 3 years anyway!
