The arm rocks back and forth and will not screw in perfectly no matter how many times I try. Its very annoying when you place your arm on the armrest and it squeaks from being loose.

But once home and after a few hours it was very uncomfortable. The hard arms and the back support quickly got uncomfortable.

For the money this is a great chair. Some minor complaints like the arms not moving side to side only two ‘lock’ positions for the back headrest not moving far enough up But really these are minor issues in practice. It’s quite comfortable for my 8 hour work days.

As a tall person this chair was shockingly perfect. My feet were not flat footed on the ground at it's highest level! The way the chair hugs my back and the high setting for the arm rests are much appreciated.
