Liked everything except for the lumbar

The lumbar support bar arc is too sharp the highest setting is too low and the adjustment mechanism slips. Either the bar needs to be more adjustable (e.g. angle height) and the slope gentler or it needs to be removable. Otherwise I think it's a great chair.

This chair is comfortable and the mesh allows air to go through so it is not hot to sit during long periods.

My wife’s a Chiropractor and says this is a great ergonomic chair. My back doesn’t hurt from sitting anymore! I got one for my home office & I liked it so much that I went back for another for work! Highly recommend. Best office chair I’ve ever owned.

I love this chair and now have purchased a total of 3 over a couple of years. One for my office one for my home office and one for my wife's office. if I ever need another office chair this is what I will buy.

Not built to last

While I thought the chair was overall decent at the start with adequate lumbar support with the only downside being the rather stiff mesh. Overtime the chair has just started to break down with the screws of the lumbar support repeatedly coming out and the armrests leather cracking and separating between the layers. While it was decent at the start after less than a year of use I do not recommend the chair for the price point it is at.
