This is probably the best chair we have bought from Staples To Date! It was easy to assemble Instructions were clear and precise I wound hesitate to recommend this to any of my friends family or relatives!

Love my chair

I was looking for a chair because of lower back problems that were getting worse but in the short time I've had my chair along with a stand up desk I use a bit my back has felt so much better. I love that you can adjust so many things to customize it and you can easily lean back in it if you like. I would recommend it highly what a difference it has made for me.

OK butt not the best

I have been looking for a good chair for years. At work the mesh bottoms are great. I can sit for hours. All of the chairs I get from Staples only last a few hours before my butt starts hurting. This chair has lasted the longest 2-3 hr but after that pain.

Poor Headrest Design

I'm 5'9" and the headrest/neck rest digs into my shoulder blades. It's such a major design flaw. The good thing about Staples is that you have 30 days to return the chair no questions asked. Many people give it great reviews so it may be a good chair for you.

Sadly I had to return it. Fortunately I am happy with Staples return policy. The lumbar support is ill-designed. After comparing it to my office chair at the office I realized the difference. The padded lumbar support is supported by to small and relatively pointed piece of plastic which dig into my back. Other chairs have more of a "paddle" support behind the padded portion. It is difficult to believe that this wasn't realized in even the most marginal and elementary research and design phase. This could have easily been avoided and a good chair produced.

Really great chair for the money

I bought this because I needed to set up an ergonomic workstation at home as I work from homem and I have a herniated disk in my neck and need to get as comfortable as possible. I was a bit skeptical when I bought this chair. I was comparing it to the Cadillac version I use at my desk at work. Mesh? Weird. I'm used to sitting on more...stuff. I work long hours at least 10-12 throughout the day. So far...this chair is amazinginly comfortable. Excellent lumbar support. It has many adjustments which is great for to get the chair "just right". I've used it for about a week now and I'm not having any issues with comfort. I paid $129 totally worth the money!
