Cheap material

Good back support. Hard plastic on sides of seat are a little uncomfortable. Mesh seat broke after 6 months not covered by warranty. Do not recommend.

Good back and neck support

It’s an excellent office chair for long hours. Couple of things I would change are adding more flexibility to move the neck support back and forth and horizontal adjustment of arm rest

After a warranty expired air cylinder leaked and as a result it doesn't work Therefore chair is useles.
