Overall good except it’s difficult to tighten both screws in head rest. Once I tighten one side the other side doesn’t work.

Don't play Goldilocks and try out different chairs. Just buy this one! Lumbar support neck support and amazing seat controls. Locks in the straight back position or unlocks in a soft rocking option. AMAZING! Love this so much and the price is great too.

Decent task chair

This is the same chair that the company I work for uses. I have used it there for the past year and a half. I know it to be sturdy and comfortable. I am as are many currently working from home. I was happy to see this chair on sale which encouraged me to pick one up for my home workspace. It was delivered the next day and really improved my ability to sit and do work for extended periods of time. Some assembly required (no additional tools necessary) and it's not a light chair to lift. That stated it's overall a good value.

I had been sitting in a regular dining chair while WFH and needed to upgrade to a proper office chair. I went to my local staples and tested out a bunch of chairs and this stood out as a clear winner. I work for 12+ hours at a time so I've really put this chair to the test and can say its been a big help.
