A few issues one major.

The construction and quality is pretty solid for the price point. For me the decline rear of the seat pulls me into the decline and creates a posterior tilt for my pelvis. The lumbar support is too narrow for me and needs a more gradual change like the Union & Scale™ Essentials Mesh Back Fabric Task Chair. It also should have more adjustable range. The problem with my chair's lumbar support is that it does not stay in place. I will adjust the lumbar support to a comfortable height and a little while later it will slide back down. The head support could use more adjusting options such as height. It currently supports the base of my skull and not back of my head. Leaning back in the chair is quite nice and the arms are easy to adjust in height. My biggest concern is the forced posterior tilt. If all these issues were addressed this would be an amazing chair.

Not a solid build

The build out of the right arm is not as solid as the left arm. Now when you sit in the chair the right arm jiggles quick a bit whereas the left arm is solid. Just enough to bother you. We will have to see how the chair fares as time goes on.

Like adjustments & that it adjusts to only 16" above floor. Most chairs don't go that low.

Great chair

This checked all the boxes for what I was looking for: all mesh so I don’t get hot even when sitting in it all day has a headrest and is able to lean back. It’s very comfortable. I actually fell asleep in it (leaned back position) and did not wake up with a crick in my neck. Assembly was straightforward and it came with only tool needed.

So comfortable for my back. The size of the chair is great for short people. Love the head rest and being able to recline when I need to relax and stretch.
