Great chair for the price..

I bought a second one for my wife to use in her office. We like the back support rocking action and adjustments to the height and arm rests. It allows you to get close to the desk for typing.

I've had this chair for about 1 week and so far I like it. I tried the mesh style because I was tired of having the cushion on my chair seats wearing out. I'm hoping the mesh seat will retain its 'springy' support longer than a typical cushion. I like how smoothly the chair rolls and I really like the lumbar support on this chair as well. The only complaint I have is that the chair seat is not quite deep enough.

I was looking forward to adding this chair to my home office after reading the reviews. Unfortunately I purchased this in-store and when I got the package home it appeared it had already been opened and re-taped closed by the store. The box had damage as well. This was not sold to me as an "open box" item - I was under the impression I was getting a new product. The components of the dis-assembeled chair were just smashed into the box obviously not packed well and there were torn pieces of cardboard with tape from who knows what (probably the previous packaging). Missing items included the assembly instructions and all the screws and tools to assemble. I did contact customer service for the instructions and they emailed them promptly so I am pleased with that aspect. This was before I noticed their were no screws. Given the limited 14 day return policy I don't have time to wait for the missing parts to be sent to me and then find I don't like the chair after all so I returned it. Very disappointed. I was hoping to like this chair but the negative purchase experience outweighed the ability to even try it out.

I love this chair. I have back issues and this chair definitely gives me the support I need.. I would absolutely recommend this chair to anyone with back issues.

We recently bought six chairs for our office. Not only are they stylish with clean lines but they are easy to put together and very comfortable with great lumbar support. Highly recommend for the price.

This is better than what I had but seat is still pretty hard. It was easy to put together. Do enjoy the head rest and the capability to lock and release the back. My former chair was squeeking and this chair makes no noise. Thinking maybe the mesh seat will soften with age. Also wish the chair was just a little bit bigger. All in all good value for a mesh chair.
