Good design - some faults

A much more comfortable chair than many especially for taller people. The neck rest works well for me at 6' tall. However two issues - the piston failed at about 15 months and the chair is difficult to clean. Mesh allows dust and pet hair to gather in hard to clean places. Get the extended warranty to deal with the piston. Good value when on sale.

Not a bad chair

I like this chair very much. I purchased many chairs in my life time and this one is the best comparable in price and performance. I pick this one because there is no vinyl material or imitation leather these materials will automatically decomposed after a period of time. The bottom stand is very strong and the wheel is easy to roll. Good back support and headrest.

The only reason why this is a four star review is because this chair's wheels are VERY difficult to move on carpet. However I still would highly recommend it if you don't mind making a small investment in replacing the wheels with new caster wheels. With that said if you're short the replacement wheels will bring up the lowest height of the chair by an inch or two.
