I can't wear a watch when I sleep. The Galaxy Ring provides accurate sleep data. It provides more accurate pulse data than the watch does when I'm exercising.
My only request is that you change the Samsung Health software to allow us to choose either the watch or the ring for input when exercising!

It works like a charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I love the battery life on the ring. It's my first smart ring and I really like all the sleep stats I get from it. I only wish it felt a little sturdier so I wouldn't feel like I would break it every time I hit my pointer finger on something. Other than that it's great
