Worst Battery Life Ever

yes since owning the ring notice that I have to continually charge it at least three to four times a day it seems the only hold a charge a full 100% charge it's gone within 2 hours if that it may be less than an hour nothing To To work I've done everything that they had asked me to do as far as restart ing the ring and everything like that it is still not the ring that I thought it was going to be . I as a Samsung for a long time this is the only product that I am truly truly unhappy with so sad for Samsung .

Cool while it lasted

Bought this ring as a stylish accessory and health tracker I could wear overnight. I will say it worked well, I had buckets of new health information without the need of a watch, more specifically without the need to wear a watch overnight. However, not a year after first getting the ring, the battery had started to fail and eventually stopped holding a charge at all. The battery wouldn't supply enough to the Bluetooth transmitter, and it lasted a couple minutes at most on a full charge, not to mention the heat it generates charging. It just ran out of its warranty when I went to complain and had no luck, so I still keep it as a cool looking ring, I make sure to keep the ring and case uncharged though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Buyer Beware!! Battery Doesn't Last Past Year

The ring does not hold a charge after one year. Sadly my 2 year warranty started at same time as the manufacture warranty... :( They replaced the first ring when the battery started dying at 13 months. Now my replacement ring started having the same issue at 11.5 months. Trust everyone here, do not buy this garbage..

Battery issues, disappointed.

Like many others, I experienced battery issues just outside the warranty window. I was told I'd have to buy a new one since I didn't have a service plans. Until these issues are fixed I won't be buying another ring from Samsung.

Don't buy battery stops holding charge

Battery stopped holding a charge. It goes from 100% charge to 0% in less than 30 minutes. It is no longer under warranty. It will say fully charged after 20 minutes on the charger but then dies just as quick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Ring a couple of years ago because of the health tracking. The functionality has been perfect and very helping in tracking my activities and overall health. My disappointment is the scuffs and scratches on the ring just from normal daily use. I also feel, since this is a health device Samsung should expect you to lose weight over time if you follow the recommendations. The only problem with that is your ring size changes and they don't offer any exchange program. So a device that helps you get healthier is no long useful if it doesn't fit

Do Not Buy This Ring

Samsung wants half the price of the ring for the priviledge of mailing the ring in to see if the battery can be repaired/replaced. For that same price I would almost have enough money for an entirely new Ringconn.
