Does not review sleep accurately which is incredibly frustrating - has me sleeping as i do my morning two mile walk but also records the activity- how is that even possible? Very dissapointed, no ability to even adjust the sleep session

Please ensure that your Galaxy Ring is being worn correctly with the embossed line on your palm side and make sure its also snug to your digit. Your device should not fit too tightly or loose. Also, check out your paired smartphone's settings in regard to memory and battery. Low resources such as your Samsung Health app, and ensure they have all necessary sensor permissions in your phone's settings. Bought this Samsung ring in size 13 and waited 2 months for it.
Overall it has a nice form factor and did connect to my Samsung S23Ultra and Galaxy 6 Classic watch. However it does not appear the ring does well just by itself. If you don't want to wear a watch to bed then it's a good investment, otherwise the watch does everything you need.
The most disappointing part is right at the one year mark when the warranty went out my Galaxy ring no longer holds a charger for a few days. I would say stay away as this device will not last long after the warranty.

The Galaxy Ring should be fully charged before using it for the first time. If the battery is completely drained, it may need to be charged for at least ten minutes before it can be used. Great sleep companion

I can just drop my watch on the charger overnight. The Galaxy AI insights into my readiness and sleep scores is very valuable in planning my work out routines. Having a week of battery life is a fantastic plus!

Samsung Ring is just perfect product for me. Very light, easy connects with my phone and helps me keep my health concerns saved safely on one place. Health app is having everything I need and with a help of AI you can create your goals for better experience.
