Good for tracking the activity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use it to track my sleep in combination with the watch ultra and it does a beautiful job. I can see how many hours I was awake, slept, including the deep, light and REM. Which is a useful info if you are trying to take care of yourself.

Perfect because I don't need watch to review my sleep patterns. Put the ring on and forget about it. No glitches. Up till now...don't forget to charge it though.
