I like the ring. It's pretty comfortable. I like being able to wear it to bed and keep track of sleep. However...my watch tracks the same stuff. If I were willing to wear it to bed I'd have not use for the ring. The information from the ring (and watch) is rudimentary. I compared the reading with my daughter's Oura ring and the Oura ring is much more robust. Not having to pay a subscription is great. I am challenged with the ring since I use a LOT of hand cream OFTEN. I need to keep in mind keeping the ring and its sensors free of the lotion. I have a size 11. The battery life is fair. I'm getting 5 to 6 days. As this is my start at tracking health data, this ring is good enough...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello VA, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the functionality and performance of our product line. Wearing your Galaxy Ring along with your Galaxy Watch provides continuous and comprehensive health tracking, offers convenient charging options, and extends your Galaxy Ring's battery life by up to 30%. Your Galaxy Watch serves as the primary device, managing data from both, while the Ring acts as a backup, ensuring uninterrupted health insights even if one device is charging. This combination offers a more complete picture of your health and fitness data within the Samsung Health app. Your Galaxy Ring is awesome at tracking metrics like steps, distance, calories, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen, skin temperature, and sleep stages. It also provides an energy score, offers sleep coaching, tracks menstrual cycles, and automatically detects and records workouts like walking and running. Additional features include gesture control for phone functions like dismissing alarms or taking photos, wireless charging, and integration with the Samsung Health app for personalized insights, all without the need of a subscription! In order to ensure that your Galaxy Ring remains in its pristine working condition, after exposure to liquids other than clean water (such as coffee, beverages, soapy water, oils, perfumes, and chemicals such as sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and cosmetics), please rinse the Ring with clean water, wipe with a soft, clean cloth, and dry thoroughly before use to maintain water resistance. I have had this ring for barely a year and I have to charge battery sometimes every day. Charged last nite and battery low mid morning.

Great ring. If you are worried about how you sleep. Then this is a great for you. I have a smart watch but i hate wearing it to sleep. This ring gathers more info then my watch does. So far the battery is lasting a full 7 days before it needs a recharge. I like how its works with my watch so well. This is definitely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy ring does it all... sleep management, stress test, oxygen test, heart rate, etc. And, the best part...no monthly subscription. Sinks with the Samsung health app as well as the Samsung wearable app. I highly recommend it.
