It is a simple put it on and go type product. The charge lasts for about a week for me and the included charger is so quick. Less than the time to take a shower.
I am unsure about the water resistance as I take it off when showering or doing dishes.
I love this ring. It accurately tracks my sleep which I need. It adequately tracks my movement which is great. I love the energy score and sleep coaching availability as well

Excellent data collection capabilities which provide insights to your bodily status and history.
Frequency of required charging increased over the year I wore the galaxy ring. It finally reached the point where charging was required every day.
