Hi Juice, Thanks for contacting us to share your thoughts about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your constructive feedback allows us to continue making improvements on our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined. It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. If you would like to share any other feedback with us or if you would like further assistance after reviewing the resources provided below, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the greatest experience with the Galaxy Ring. Size 11 is not easy to find but mine has given me great battery life 4 days on a normal week
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI features combined with the Samsung ring provide me a great experience, opportunity to monitor my blood pressure improving my wellness during the work and physical activities with great precision.

Battery dying after a year use, would expect 4x that short life. Customer service lacks solutions.

Definitely was worth the swith for me. Ib switched from the watch 4 to the ring. The watch might be for others but for me coming from the watch 4 2 to 3 days use them charge to the watch 8 one to one and a half day use them charge i tried the ring. Fixed me exactly what i need hesrt rate sensor and sleep tracker and I'm fine with the every 5-6 day charge. Case always handy, 2 and a half charges from that so i always have my necessary sensors and only have to charge my phone daily. Was kind of tired of carrying the charging cable for that around. But the ring is lighter doesn't feel like i have anything in. And it doesn't get in the way with light while I'm sleeping. Better choice for me.
I am really disappointed with my Samsung Galaxy Ring. The first ring I purchased stopped connecting with my phone or charging. I sent it in for repair July 7, 2025 and they sent a new ring. The second ring is only 7 months old and is having connectivity and charging issues just like the original. The ring is out of warranty so there is a fee to repair. I have been a loyal Samsung brand person but I will not recommend this device to anyone.
