Hey there Samsung4life, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your critiques provide valuable insights that will assist us with improving our product line. As you know, Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined. It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. If you would like further assistance after reviewing the resources shared below, please feel free to contact Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. Thank you for being a cherished Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently began a self improvement journey and the personal data this ring collects has made every step easier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this watch regularly. Both for leisure and work. Battery is still strong. 2 to 3 days battery life. It is sturdy and water resistant. It is an important part of my day for many reasons. Worth every penny.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very fun device. The immersive experience makes the internet more fun. Games are really fun as well. Can't wait for the next update, well, I have to so I guess that makes the "can't wait" statement false. My apologies.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far one of the best laptops I've ever had. It performs better than any other brand I used to own. Such a great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so when I first got the ring it was amazing for the first few months. After a few months it went to having to charge every 7 days to 6 days, then it gradually got lower and lower. Now on a good day I get twelve hours, but normally 8 hours. I got it for sleep measurement, but if I dont charge before bed I won't get the data. If I had known this was meant to be a disposable product at a few hundred a pop, I would have shopped elsewhere. I am a samsung fan, phone, watch, laptop, tablet, love em all. But the ring is a dud, unfortunately. Don't get it til they fix issue, possibly in next version or model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this device for a few months - battery stoped holding a charge - will die within an hour of charge.
Got hot while wearing the device. The features are fine minus this.
Would not reccomend - just get the watch

All Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Although your Galaxy devices may get warm sometimes, they have built-in safeguards to alert you and protect themselves if their temperature exceeds the normal operating range. Please feel free to review, "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature" to learn what factors may be impacting the temperature of your device.
