Greetings Mohan,
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us about your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We appreciate your candor as we improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Hand movements like typing or playing musical instruments may produce an inaccurate step count with the Galaxy Ring. An improper fit can also affect accuracy. Your Galaxy Ring needs to be snug but not too tight, and the sensors should be properly positioned on the palm side of the hand. Please feel free to review, "Keep track of your workouts with the Galaxy Ring" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. Feel free to reach out to Samsung Support afterward if you would like any further assistance. We're also happy to help! Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer.

Great charging time and fit
on March 21, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung ring has a less than 1 hour charge, lasts for many days. Is very comfortable to wear and to sleep with. The Samsung healt app is free but could have additional resorces to connect with the ring, for example, O2 is only measured when asleep and can't be measure whenever I want to. Other apps connect great with the ring but most you have to pay for a good one. Ring measures HR, sleep time, exercise, and skin temp which helps with period tracker.

Love it but stopped charging after 12 months.

I loved my Samsung Ring until it died just a couple of weeks before warranty expired. By the time I reported it it was too late. I want a new one but I cannot even trade in my 1 year old ring yet. Can't swallow the loss.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there WindSamsung,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We value your feedback as we continue to make improvements on the performance and functionality of our product line. As you know, Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined. It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. Please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support afterward if you would like any further assistance. Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer.

From what I've seen online you do not want the ring to completely die or be charged to 100% all the time or else the battery will not last after 6months to a year. So try 20%-90%
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hey Sparky,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your critiques provide valuable insights that will assist us with improving our product line. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. All Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Although your Galaxy devices may get warm sometimes, they have built-in safeguards to alert you and protect themselves if their temperature exceeds the normal operating range. Please feel free to review, "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature" to learn what factors may be impacting the temperature of your device. If you would like further assistance after reviewing the resources shared below, please feel free to contact Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. Steer clear of this ring!
on April 13, 2026
Posted by: Bweenis
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So have had the ring a little over a year. It's been good until fairly recently. Battery life has dropped to barely a day. Apparently this is a widely complained about issue and is known to Samsung. Of course this happens right after the warranty. Samsung is refusing to do anything other than pay a stupid amount to send it in to be evaluated. For the price just going to switch to a more reliable brand. Do yourself a favor and do not get this ring!
