I work with dogs so I don't like having my phone with me everywhere and with the ring it now allows me to set my phone down but still get my steps tracked! The sleep feature is super insightful and with just a few nights of using it my sleep is already so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The use of Galaxy AI puts this device above competitors. It has the most important functions of whoop and oura. Battery life seems to go far beyond what was listed in news articles. Recharge time is also incredibly fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a very simplistic way of tracking sleep and activity. I'm on a cruise, sans the charging case so I'm really testing the battery. On day 4 of my my cruise and still at 47%. It's been amazing to just put it on and have no further worries. Only con is lotion can get stuck... out side of that is great!!

One of the best addition to the ecosystem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to get into the ring ecosystem to capture more of my health information. The samsung ring allows me all of that with a single price and no need to get into subscription option. Not only that but it being among the ecosystem makes it even that much better.
I have made the move when I realized I can't get all the information I need/want about my health just through the Smausng Watch but with the addition of the Smasung Ring makes capturing data that much simple and accurate. Not sure if the system is powered by Galaxy AI directly but the energy score is something I look forward to and see how accurate that is. How much toll it has on me positively.
I only had the watch for merely few days, so far I have picked on few many positive remarks. Helps me prepare for my next day activity and being the change.
One thing I wish it had was some sort of vibration motor to give me a feedback of notification or reminder or act as an alarm. Just a step further robust from what it can do now and how effective it is.

I have always loved my samsung products but the ring is definitely easier for me to wear to bed to keep track of my sleep, and easier to wear at work. Nobody at work could tell it was the samsung ring. They honestly thought it was just another piece of jewelery. Sure it's only been 2 weeks I've had it for but it definitely has helped me want to do better with my work outs and sleeping patterns. (I'm competitive lol) keep it up samsung! And I can't wait to see what you bring to the table next!
