The ring is plastic. The color is titanium didn't last a week working with it. started chipping scratching losing connection not built at all with any kind of quality for the price.

The data from each can be viewed in the Samsung Health app. Your energy score includes a comprehensive analysis of your measured sleep, daily activities, and heart rate data. You can analyze and record your sleep by measuring your heart rate, blood oxygen, and skin temperature. Additionally, you can measure and record your heart rate.
