The Samsung Galaxy Ring has been one of the most comfortable and convenient pieces of technology I’ve used, especially when it comes to tracking my sleep. One of the biggest advantages for me was being able to wear the ring at night instead of having to wear my Galaxy Watch to bed. Sometimes wearing a watch while sleeping can feel uncomfortable or get in the way, but the Galaxy Ring is lightweight, discreet, and easy to forget you’re even wearing it.
What I really appreciated was how convenient it made monitoring my sleep patterns. I could go to bed comfortably and let the ring collect sleep data throughout the night, then check the results through the Samsung Health app in the morning. Having information about my sleep, including sleep duration and other sleep-related measurements, helped me better understand my nighttime habits and pay closer attention to my overall well-being.
I was particularly interested in monitoring my sleep because of my concerns about sleep apnea. Having a device that could track sleep-related information without requiring me to wear my watch overnight was a major benefit. It made keeping up with my sleep data much easier and more comfortable.
Another thing I liked was that I could continue wearing my Galaxy Watch during the day and use the Galaxy Ring primarily at night. That combination gave me a convenient way to monitor my activity during the day and my sleep at night.

7 day battery life? More like 7 hour battery life

I see now I'm not the only one with battery issues. Just today I took it out of the charger after it notified my phone it was fully charged. 4 hours later it was down to 36%.
I wear it to sleep with it saying fully charged. 6 hours later it's down to 15%. All while I was sleeping.
I know also know Samsung will just respond with a stock cut and paste answer about 12 month warranty and how it will hold a charge for 7 days
STOP DROPPING THE SAME RESPONSE. OBVIOUSLY IT DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE FOR 7 DAYS. ACTUALLY ADDRESS AND FIX THE ISSUE.
I wear it to sleep with it saying fully charged. 6 hours later it's down to 15%. All while I was sleeping.

Worked well, until it doesn't

The ring is great for about 8 months. Then the battery requires charging two times a day. Even then, there is no guarantee that a supposed, full, 100% charge on your ring will last overnight. So many times, I go to bed with the ring charged at 100%, and burns through all its battery within 4 hours. People sleep longer than 4 hours. So sad, because it was a cool wearable, now its practically useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't know what I would do without it!!! The ring has made my life change in ways that I definitely would not have lived to be in my mid 60's. If you don't have a ring.....do yourself a favor... Get one!!! It's is in fact, the best purchase your money can buy....you can't afford not to!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Health Companion That Never Misses a Beat!
I absolutely love my Galaxy Ring! It has become an essential part of my daily routine, especially as a seamless backup for my Galaxy Watch Ultra. Whenever my watch battery dies, I don't have to worry about missing any data because I rely entirely on this ring to keep track of my sleeping habits, overall health, and so much more.
The battery life is absolutely impeccable, easily lasting me a few days on a single charge.
