If you're looking for step and sleep tracking during more times of your day than you can wear a smartwatch, or don't have an interest in a smartwatch, this is a solid product.
Understand it does *nothing else* outside of that.
Being new technology, the price is understandable. But it's hard to justify what it does to improve your life for the cost. It can be tempting to have the cool new thing, which is what got me...but ultimately the watch does more for less. And both together provide minimal accuracy bumps (supposedly).
It's nice to be able to wash hands with it on. I have significantly more data and better sleep tracking than I ever have thanks to wearing it at night. It's not good to wear when lifting weights.
Look for a bundle and save deal if you're interested or stay tuned for future variations if you're on the fence.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great addition. I had a watch and changed to the ring to track my steps, and it works really well. The only thing is it offers more information with the energy score which includes the intensity of a workout. The ring only measures intensity for walking and running, so I think having the watch in addition will provide information for other work outs.

Excellent for tracking health stats and looks very nice. It makes me more aware of my sleep habits as well since it gives you a sleep rating and breakdown of different sleep stages. The cost is pretty high, but at least there isn't a monthly subscription like other rings so I'd say it's worth it.

When I found out the Galaxy Ring was FSA eligible, I knew where I was spending its balance in December. I was already planning on getting a gold ring as another wedding band, so this got 2 birds with 1 stone.
The ring is a bit bulkier than my other bands, so that took a couple weeks to get used to, but now I often forget it's there. I generally only take it for showering/swimming/working out, so it is easy to get used to after a couple weeks. It is also great that it can measure some of my vitals while sleeping without having to wear my galaxy watch to bed. While wearing both would have more readings and insight, I personally hate wearing a watch to bed.
It also looks good for a mens wedding ring, though my wife decided against getting one as she felt it looked too masculine and was not her style. The case also looks very stylish and holds almost 2 full ring charges.
Make sure you get the ring sizing kit, as this does not follow your standard ring sizes. My standard ring size is 9.5, but I opted to go with 11 for the Samsung ring as it fits well enough, but is easy to remove. Size 10 was doable, but it did not feel comfortable to me.
Now if only they could get the watch FSA eligible too, I would trade in my galaxy watch3 for the latest version!
