Was stuck between size 11 and 12. Went with the 12. Half-sized would be nice, but I understand why they don't. Otherwise, can barely tell it's there and has done great tracking when I don't have on my watch!

Great ring saved my life resting heart rate was 140 BPM way over if this ring would of never alerted me my heart could of stopped in the hospital now but happy I am good and no damage was done

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Ring, Bats. The Galaxy Ring provides an energy score that includes a detailed analysis of your sleep, daily activities, and heart rate data. It analyzes your sleep by measuring your heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and skin temperature. Additionally, it monitors your heart rate and can automatically detect and track your walking and running activities once you enable this feature in the Samsung Health settings of the Galaxy Wearable app. We hate to see that you've noticed some shedding on your ring. There are a few things to keep in mind when wearing the Galaxy Ring. It's important to ensure that the orientation indicator is facing your palm, that it fits snugly against your skin to enable accurate health tracking, and to wear it on your non-dominant hand to prevent scratches. Additionally, refrain from wearing metal jewelry on adjacent fingers, remove the ring when handling heavy objects, and avoid it around magnets, as these can disrupt health tracking features. Samsung provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, and additional coverage is available through Samsung Care+ for extended protection. Great Ring - Sizing kit is wrong don’t trust sizer

I love the ring itself. The heart rate info, steps info, snoring, sleep, and stress rate are my favorite features. They are also very accurate. What I don’t like is that I ordered the ring sizing kit, the size 7 was perfect for my index finger, I get the actual ring in and it is extremely tight. I have to use lotion to get the ring on & off.
