Really like the functionality & features of this ring. However, the only reason that I'm a detractor, and why it loses 2 stars in my eyes, is because the black ring scratches incredibly easily. I've had it for less than a month and there are several noticeable marks. I work from home at a computer most of my day.

The ring isn't titanium. It's not even metal. It feels just like the sizing ring. After wearing it for a while I concluded that my Samsung watch does everything my ring does and more. The only plus about the ring is long time between charges

To ensure optimal performance, first, make sure the ring is fully charged; a completely drained battery needs to be charged fully before use. For accurate measurements, wear the ring on a finger where it fits securely, with the orientation indicator facing your palm and the sensor in contact with your skin. If you notice the ring is unresponsive, try restarting it by pressing and holding the Multipurpose button on the charging case for more than 7 seconds. If needed, you can also reset the ring by opening the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone and selecting 'Reset.' Please keep in mind that resetting the ring may delete any health data that has not been synced with the Samsung Health app, so it's a good idea to sync your data before proceeding with the reset. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product.
