[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My samsung ring has been a health companion game changer. Realistically I can't wear the watch everywhere and I don't always feel like changing the band of the watch to match an outfit if i'm wearing a gown or a business suit.
The ring, however, matches seamlessly into the aesthetic of my wardrobe, while offering continued tracking on steps, heart rate, body temperature and even mood. The battery charges quickly, and it goes for days. It integrates with every samsung app I own: watch and tablet. The only thing keeping me from giving it a five star rating is the material. I would love to see a premium option.
The moment you run out of warranty, the battery hardly stays for a day. Half the days unable to collect sleep score as it dies in the middle of night. Pretty frustrating
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good day Reddy, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We value and appreciate your insights as we strive to improve the design and functionality of our product line to align with the needs of our customer base. As you are aware, Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. However, we also offer Samsung Care+ that is similar to extended warranty and an insurance package combined that provides protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It would cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ offers you that peace of mind when added to your eligible devices (Phones, Tablets, Watches, Buds, Rings & PCs). Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. With the Galaxy Ring, you're able to slip your device on and forget it with a seven-day charge that won’t slow you down. Combined with a full cradle charge, you can use Galaxy Ring for up to 14 days without plugging into an outlet. Please feel free to check out the resources shared below to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. If you would like any further assistance afterward, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing the Galaxy Ring for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, the two things that matter most to me are comfort and battery life. If a smart ring feels bulky or dies every day, it's just not worth it. Luckily, this one hits the sweet spot. First, let's talk about how it feels. When you look at the little sensors on the inside, you might think it would scratch or feel weird on your skin. But once you put it on, you completely forget it’s there. It is incredibly light. I wear it to bed to track my sleep, and it never bothers me or catches on my blankets. Even when I’m lifting weights at the gym or washing my hands, it just feels like a regular, smooth band. It doesn't feel heavy or get sweaty underneath. The battery life is the next big win. I easily get about six days of use out of a single charge. That means I only have to think about charging it once a week. When it does need a top-up, the charging case it comes with is great. It looks like a little earbud case and holds its own charge, so you can pop the ring in while you take a shower and it juices right back up. If you want something to track your health without wearing a big, bright smartwatch that glows in your face all night, this is it. It blends right into your daily life. It’s comfortable enough to wear 24/7, and the battery actually lasts long enough to make it useful. That is why I love me galaxy ring
The ring was fantastic when I first got it. It did everything I wanted it to do and then some. I love being able to take a picture from my ring. However, the battery were down fast and imagine this just in time for it to be out of warranty. So now I'm stuck with just this hunk of metal that does nothing. Make the battery better!

Salutations Wendy, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your sentiments provide valuable insights that will assist us with improving our product line to better align with the needs of our customers. As you know, Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Did you know that we also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined? Amazing, right? It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. We understand how frustrated you may feel to have a device that may not be performing up to expectations. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring is able to last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. If you would like further assistance after reviewing the resources linked below, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a loyal Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring was pretty cool in the beginning, but everything had to be done from your Galaxy phone. No real notifications, no prompts, color faded and stop working and wouldn't charge within the first year.

Hello Ish1178, Thank you for sharing your sentiments with us regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. The Galaxy Ring acts as a passive, screen-free health and sleep tracker worn on your finger, capturing raw biometric and movement data. Its paired Galaxy phone serves as the powerhouse processor with running the Samsung Health app, applying Galaxy AI for analytical insights, and executing device controls. The device houses the physical sensors to track your steps, continuous heart rate, sleep stages, and nighttime skin temperature. However, the ring itself cannot display or process this. The paired phone takes that raw Bluetooth data and crunches it via the Samsung Health app to produce actionable metrics like your daily "Energy Score". It also carries onboard memory to cache a few days of health data. You can go for a run or sleep without the phone nearby, and the ring will locally record your steps and workout metrics. Once reconnected via Bluetooth, it dumps that data to the phone. However, live activity tracking (like pacing or GPS maps) strictly relies on the phone. If you would like further assistance after reviewing the resources shared below, please feel free to contact Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring is perfect for all day health tracking. The comfortable wearing on both my ring and middle finger made wear fatigue no problem. He battery life is amazing, unfortunately the battery tends to degrade after a long time.
