What I love most is the no subscription model – finally, a wearable that doesn't nickel and dime you for basic data. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and insightful, helping me understand my sleep patterns and make adjustments for better rest.
But the real win for me is its gym usage. Being a weightlifter, wearing a watch with wrist wraps is just not practical. The Galaxy Ring's discreet design means I get accurate tracking without any discomfort or interference. It's perfect for tracking my workouts, heart rate, and recovery, all while keeping my wrists free.
The ring is also incredibly comfortable to wear 24/7. I barely notice it's there. The data syncs seamlessly with my phone, and the app is user-friendly and packed with useful information.

Great first Ring from Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I needed to get used to the ring but after a week it was like I wasn't wearing anything. I have the Galaxy Watch Ultra and I don't like wearing it while I sleep but the ring helps track my sleep when I take off the watch. Also I like that it tracks my steps and can take a picture and turn off my Alarm. I just wish I could skip music with it as well. Hopefully if they make a new ring they can add this feature.

Great for sleep tracking

Sleep tracking has been working well and I am glad I don't need to wear the watch while sleeping any more. It also gives my wrist a break instead of wearing the watch 24/7

Scratches too easy and little use scenario

The ring scratches so easily (mine was the silver color), if you grab anything it will leave a mark on it like very soft metal. The battery lasts about 4-5 days, definitely not a week. It also doesn't track swimming in my case. The only good use it have is to track sleeping, but that novelty fades quickly.

Galaxy Ring Useful?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Galaxy Ring for a little over a month now and it seems to work well for sleep tracking. The accuracy on workouts i have not fully tested but I can say it did miss a walk I went on once, that it usually accounts for. I cannot speak to the accuracy of other features do to me not really checking. I really only use to sleep metrics and workouts. I do however feel it should naturally know when a workout is occurring. Lastly I do like that Samsung allows for one to track this information without having to pay for another subscription!
