Wonderful Ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this particular ring after reviewing other rings on the market. It is far better than some of the others. The price is better then some of the other rings on the market. It keeps track of both my sleep habits and my walking and other movements.
The sleep monitoring helps with both the amount of sleep I am getting, heart rate, and oxygen levels. This was one of the reasons for this purchase as I have been in and out of the hospital several times due to low oxygen issues. This helps me stay calmer knowing my levels.
Then there is the exercise and walking monitoring. It helps to keep me on track for my diet and exercise. Monitoring my steps and other exercises that I do daily.
Thank you Samsung for such a great product.

Sleek, Smart, and Perfect for Everyday Wear
on August 10, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Ring has quickly become one of my favorite wearable devices. It is sleek, lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear all day and night without feeling bulky or distracting. I love that it looks like a normal piece of jewelry while quietly tracking useful health and wellness data in the background.
The Samsung Health integration is one of the biggest highlights for me. It makes it easy to keep up with sleep, activity, heart rate, energy levels, and other wellness metrics all in one place. I also love how seamlessly it works with my other Samsung devices, creating a really connected experience without requiring much effort.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with the Galaxy Ring. It combines style, comfort, useful tracking, and smart technology in a surprisingly small package. It is a great option for anyone who wants helpful health insights without wearing a traditional smartwatch 24/7.
