Better than the Oura Ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded my Oura Ring for the Samsung ring and I am so happy with my decision. It is so much more comfortable. I forget I have it on sometimes where the Oura Ring was so large.
I love how it works with the watch so if I don't have my watch on the ring takes over monitoring my health and sleep and vice versa. I have 24/7 tracking using the 2, even when charging.

Works very well. I like it becuase I no longer have to wear my watch 5 pro to sleep any longer since this ring records and tracks all the same vitals as my watch. Works together with the watch so there is no double recording of steps and/or other vitals when I am wearing both during the day.

Good but could use some improvements

Love the ring as a whole. Watches bother me while I'm working. The health features are great, but the exercise feature not so great. It doesn't track as well as a watch but that is okay for me as I'm more concerned with the main health features. I've had the ring a little over a month and it's already showing wear. I bought the black one and the finish is wearing off the edges. I work from home on a computer. I've done a little outside work but always wear gloves. Not sure the finish will last on it.
