[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart ring has a stylish design and adds to your wear devices to provide a comprehensive monitoring system for your health. The combination I currently have with the ring, Samsung Watch Ultra, and Samsung Z-Fold have given me the best user experience I have had with a health monitoring system.
Didnt realize that a Galaxy watch turns off the ring. Assumption is watch is already moitoring, so ring only active when not wearing watch. Couldnt see a reason to pay for ring, so returned it.

Aloha Brian, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your feedback allows us to continue to strive in providing the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. When you're using the Galaxy Ring with a Galaxy Watch, the watch acts as the primary device. This conserves the Galaxy Ring's battery by temporarily disabling some features like heart rate and sleep tracking, while still allowing continuous health data collection and syncing to the Samsung Health app. When combined with our Galaxy Watch, you can track your overall health throughout the day or week from both devices! You can then view your results in the Samsung Health app on your connected phone. If you would like further assistance or if you would like to share additional feedback with us, feel free to reach out to Samsung Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a devoted Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this handy little device on vacation with me for 2 weeks, never had to charge the case. Came in handy to snap photos too with the gestures. Would love a triple tap to snooze an alarm!
I am honestly so happy I bought this because it found so many problems I thought were just "normal" like being tired always turns out I like start choking in my sleep as well as wake up a LOT, also got heart rate spikes and blood oxygen dips which if you're curious are red flags for sleep apnea which both my parents had. Also it's really helpful for monitoring stress and heart rate alerts if you're ever getting too high, incredibly convenient too because you have to take it off only like once a week to charge and won't forget it like a watch. The ring also takes a lot more of a beating than a watch ever could, I've dropped it thrown it scraped it punched with it on it really only has paint damage and still remains incredibly water proof, still shower with it every day and still sleep with it every day (I sleep on the ring typically which cracked my last watch)
have galaxy watch 7 but do not like wearing at night but adding this gets me all the overnight data and now I actually can see trends and get sleep scores which are interesting to see. very accurate. battery lasts 8 days with 18 percent left!
