So I have bought a ring because of the health tracking. I will say that the one thing that would make this ring perfect for my lifestyle would be the ability to use the tap gesture to play/pause the audio that I am listing to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a Samsung ring is amazing. I love. I can just turn off my alarm in the morning with a tap of my fingers. I love seeing how my sleep cycle is or my step count while walking and having the ability to take pictures with my fingers and not touch the camera on my S25U it's so intuitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a loyal Samsung user with an S24 Ultra and Watch 6 Classic. I love my watch, but cannot stand sleeping in a watch. The Samsung ring was the perfect solution. I now wear my Samsung ring as my wedding band and only have to charge it once every 7 or 8 days. I can now get the feedback I've been missing by not wearing my watch to bed. I track my energy levels and HRV while sleeping all while being comfortable. The sleek design is appealing to the eye, and the gesture features are an added bonus, giving seamless functionality from tracking to camera operation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a ring health tracking device.
