Great stats, horrible battery

The stats are really good, and I love how it keeps track of sleep score. I also like the natural integration with the Samsung phone. The battery life on the ring is very bad. My ring lasted about 9 months before the charge could no longer hold through a night's sleep.

Hi there Bl0b, Thanks for taking the time to reach out and share your feedback with us regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We're happy to hear that you've been pleased with the features of your device as well as its seamless integration into your Galaxy lifestyle. Typically on a single charge, the Galaxy Ring is able to last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. To prevent damage to your device, avoid wearing other metal rings on the same or adjacent fingers, and remove the ring when handling heavy, hard, or abrasive objects. Please feel free to check out the resources I've shared below to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your battery life. If you would like further assistance afterward, please feel free to contact Samsung Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a valued customer. - Debra

Greetings Grappledon, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your sentiments provide valuable insights that will assist us with improving our product line to better align with the needs of our customer base. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Did you know that we also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined? Amazing, right? Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. We understand how frustrated you may feel to have a device that may not be performing up to expectations. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring is able to last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. We understand how frustrating it may be to not have your device looking as pristine as it was during your unboxing. Here's a few precautions: Prevent the ring from being exposed to dust, sweat, ink, oil, and chemical products such as cosmetics, antibacterial sprays, hand cleaners, detergents, and insecticides. The ring’s exterior and interior may become damaged, which may result in poor performance. If the ring is exposed to any of these substances, clean it using a soft, lint-free cloth. Never use external heat sources, ultrasonic waves, soap, cleaning agents, abrasive materials, or compressed air to clean the ring. Doing so may damage the ring. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the ring die twice once it was fixed after a long wait and now it died again. The battery seems to be the weak point. Hopefully Galaxy Ai is better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device does a good job at tracking my sleep and my steps without having to set it on a charger every day!
