Positive... I like the look at design. Negative... I'm having to charge this ring 3 to 4 times in a day. Positive... the charging case holds a charge if you can find a charger. Negative... this ring doesn't hold a charge longer than 6 to 7 hours. So, I can't get a proper night time review or readout. Overall, buy another brand of fitness ring. Samsung missed the mark on this one.

Hi WRParks, Thanks for taking the time out of your day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Ring. As we strive to be innovative and make improvements on the design and functionality of our products, your feedback is invaluable. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. The battery life of the Galaxy Ring will last for up to 7 days of consecutive use on a full charge. When you are not using the Ring, it is recommended to store it in the charging case. You can fully charge the Ring in about 90 minutes using the charging case. However, when charging for the first time or when the battery is completely drained, it may take at least ten minutes for the Ring to begin working. Actual battery life, charging time, and usage time may vary depending on the Ring’s size, the network environment, personal usage patterns, amount of calls and messages, charging frequency, and other factors. Charge time varies with settings, usage patterns, and environmental factors; actual results may vary. If you would like to learn more, feel free to check out "How to charge the Galaxy Ring." Feel free to reach out to Samsung Support afterward if you would like any further assistance. Thank you for being a cherished Samsung customer. - Debra

Don't buy this ring. It won't track your heart rate during a workout even if you follow the 6 steps exactly that they tell you too. I do intense cardios and it doesn't register above 109 or so. If I pause midway through and measure it's accurate but the point of this is to track my health. Since it doesn't do that all the other tracking is off and the energy scores and such are useless. I sent it off to be repaired but it didn't fix this. I really regret buying this and not the Oura. I question the accuracy of my heart rate for the rest of the time too.

Howdy Rachel, Thanks for taking the available time out of your day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Ring. We appreciate your candor as we strive to improve the functionality and design of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. The Galaxy Ring does not continuously track heart rate during all workout activities. While it can detect and track heart rate during activities like walking and running, it doesn't automatically offer continuous heart rate monitoring for every exercise. For other exercises, you may need to manually initiate heart rate measurement through the Samsung Health app. Then you can view your heart rate data, including measurements taken during detected or manually tracked activities, in the Samsung Health app. If you have any questions or if you would like any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since DAY ONE, my Samsung ring has given me soooooooooo much insight into my sleeping habits and my energy level related to my sleep...or lack of it. It helped things make sense without having to seek costly medical advice. By tweaking certain aspects based on the readings from my ring, I how found out how to be more awake and energetic during my work day. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing the Galaxy Ring and love how simple and comfortable it is. It tracks my sleep, heart rate, and steps without needing a watch—perfect for busy days and when I’m sleeping. Battery lasts several days and it’s super low-maintenance. Great for health tracking without the bulk.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can track my sleep with this Great ring! Love it

I got gifted this by my family, but after using it for about a month i switched back to the watch 5, because i just don't see any use case for it. It's more expensive than the newest watch and it basically does nothing new, and it doesn't take calls, show notifications, have alarms, media controls, etc. The product isn't bad i just didn't have any us for it, that my watch couldn't do already, it may be good for athletes or people who can't use watches, but for the average Joe, there's absolutely no use for it.

I like the sleep tracking. Other than that, I don't feel I gained much. You still need to manually enter everything in Samsung health. also, the step tracking does not seem to be any better than phone in your pocket.

Howdy Tom, Thanks for taking the available time out of your day to share your experience with using your Samsung Galaxy Ring. We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. While the Galaxy Ring can automatically detect certain exercises like walking and running, it may not automatically recognize all types of workouts. Automatic measurements, like step count and heart rate, may have inaccuracies, which may depend on factors like movement patterns, exercise routines, and ring fit. Also, if you're wearing your Galaxy Ring in conjunction with your Galaxy Watch, your watch may take priority for certain measurements (like heart rate and sleep), potentially reducing your Galaxy Ring's automatic data collection to conserve power. Without having more details available regarding what you may be experiencing with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I suggest reaching out to Samsung Support if you would like further assistance with troubleshooting your device further. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra
