[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are definitely some strong points, but also a few things that bothered me:
1. The price is too high for what it actually does.
2. The sleep tracking — especially heart rate and sleep stages — is excellent. (Honestly, if my sleep score looked good in the morning, it set the tone for my whole day.)
3. It does feel a bit bulky.
4. The battery life is gradually getting worse. It used to last a full week, now I have to charge it every five days or so.
5. After gaining a bit of weight, the ring feels tighter. (That’s on me, though...)
6. I rarely use the fitness tracking because I already have a Galaxy Watch.
7. That said, the design looks good with pretty much any outfit.
Final verdict: The price feels too steep. Honestly, other than the sleep tracking, I don’t find myself using it much. I really wish they added more features — like HbA1c tracking (like on the Galaxy Watch) or even real-time blood glucose monitoring. If a ring could do that, it’d be a game-changer.
Anyway, just wanted to share my honest thoughts. If there’s a Ring 2 coming, I’ll definitely consider it — but only if the price makes sense and it offers more value.

Galaxy Ring: Shiny, Simple, Sleek, Stylish!

The battery life is also surprisingly good, lasting way longer than I expected it to. I've been using the health tracking features, and it's pretty cool to see all the data collected throughout the day. Integrating galaxy AI is a game-changer, making everything smoother and more personalized for me. Overall, this ring is a fantastic piece of tech.

I don't like the fact.It cannot give me the snaring report unless i'm charging the phone while I sleep which I do not do. Also, sometimes I don't get the full sleep report when I log in after sleeping.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the samsung galaxy ring for exactly what it does. It tracks you heart rate, stress levels, your sleep patterns and it is quite the stylish ring.
There are just some times where a watch isn't feasible to track certain health things like sleeping and the ring covers that "blind spot" perfectly. It last quite a long time on a full charge. Cant wait to see what a future rigb would be like.

Im scared I might break it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm Scared I might break it, but I haven't. I also got a protective cover for it so that may help. It's just so then almost like wearing one of those silicone rings from ringfit. I love all the features, but since I loss 40lbs since I got it and used it mainly for workout and sleeping, I'm gonna have to get a smaller one later. Only got two fingers left that it fits on and one it slips off when I take my gloves off at work. But other then that the amount of time it last on a full charge is great and so far I believe it's as accurate as can be.

Great look, perfect health tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring has a great look to it. It can be worn with any outfit or attire and fits perfectly (as long as you get the right size). It tracks sleep and health patterns as you sleep and is easier to wear to bed than leaving the Galaxy watch on. My only concern is battery life, but overall, it's a great product.
