My first smart ring
on July 9, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many advantages of the Samsung Galaxy Ring. And one absolute positive is the amount of personal health data recorded. Seeing it in the Smasung Health App on my Samsung S22 Ultra provides a wealth of self-cognizance and self-education for myself i can take action to initiate change(s) in my day to day life.
Oh, and did I mention I do NOT pay for any subscription for any of my Ring data or digital resources I have access to?

I love the pairing with my Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic and my S22 Ultra phone. They are a complete team, my team. And 'subbing-in' Galaxy AI, the team is unstoppable.
I love how quickly I can access my AI and dive into questions and answers related to my different health data.

I also own the Samsung Buds Pro 2. They produce great sound, but their design does not match my ears and I have catch them when I feel them drop. I will be trading these in for the newest Buds 3 Pro or next version.

My Galaxy 23
on July 9, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello,
I would like to tell you all about my little Galaxy 23.
This phone has with me for a few years now.It works great no need for a new one.I'm a older person and it has helped me navigate through lots of things. The size is great. Not to heavy big enough so I can actually see most thing with out having to zoom in.The only thing I don't really care for is that I have to turn off blue tooth to listen to directions sound while driving.
Don't know what Galaxy AI is but could be a new phone. I'm not phone savvy. I can mess things up pretty fast but it always works. Thank you hope this is what you wanted.

Amazing for sleep!
on July 9, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Ring is a game-changing wearable that redefines sleep tracking with unparalleled comfort and precision, making bulky smartwatches a thing of the past! This sleek, lightweight titanium ring (just 2.3–2.9g) slips onto your finger and vanishes into your routine, delivering robust health insights without the wrist-clamping hassle of a watch. Its sleep tracking is a revelation, using advanced sensors to monitor heart rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature, and sleep stages (REM, light, deep) with remarkable accuracy. The Samsung Health app transforms this data into a comprehensive sleep score, offering AI-powered insights like sleep latency and nighttime movement analysis that help you optimize rest. Unlike smartwatches, which can disrupt sleep with their bulk, the Galaxy Ring feels like it’s not even there, ensuring undisturbed slumber while collecting precise metrics. The weeklong battery life means no nightly charging, unlike power-hungry watches, and its seamless integration with Galaxy phones unlocks features like Energy Score for daily wellness. Gesture controls, like Double Pinch for camera snaps, add flair. For Android users seeking a discreet, subscription-free sleep tracker, the Galaxy Ring is a dazzling triumph—comfort, style, and cutting-edge tech in one tiny package.

I love my ring. Works better than my Fitbit when it comes to tracking. I have not had any of the issues some of the others have posted about. Tracks heart, sleep, even if I snored! Highly recommend! Samsung, I would love the new one when it comes out to have a Rose Gold option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek, Smart, and Surprisingly Powerful!
on July 9, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Ring has completely exceeded my expectations. It’s lightweight, stylish, and comfortable enough to wear 24/7—so much so that I often forget I’m even wearing it. Despite its minimalist design, it packs a serious punch when it comes to tracking health and fitness.
The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and accurate, giving me deep insights into my rest and recovery. I also love the continuous heart rate monitoring and activity tracking—it’s like having a personal wellness coach on my finger. Battery life is excellent too; I can go days without needing to charge it, and when I do, the charging case makes it quick and hassle-free.
Pairing with my Samsung phone was seamless, and the integration with Samsung Health adds even more value. It’s clear this ring is more than a tech gadget—it’s a thoughtfully designed wellness tool.
If you're looking for a discreet yet powerful way to stay on top of your health, the Galaxy Ring is a game-changer. Highly recommended!

Galaxy Ring – A Subtle Powerhouse That Complement
on July 8, 2025
Posted by: ZManFold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Ring is a sleek, intelligent addition to Samsung’s ecosystem that surprised me with its accuracy and seamless integration into daily life. Lightweight and unobtrusive, it tracks key health metrics—like sleep, heart rate, and activity levels—with precision that rivals larger wearables. What sets it apart is how effortlessly it pairs with the Galaxy Z Fold6.
The integration is flawless. All the health data syncs instantly to Samsung Health on the Fold6, offering rich insights and actionable trends in a user-friendly format. Whether I’m tracking sleep quality at night or monitoring my stress levels throughout a busy day, the Fold6 becomes the perfect dashboard for everything the Ring collects.
What really stands out is how unobtrusive it is—no screens, no distractions, just real-time data passively working in the background. Combined with Galaxy AI on the Fold6, I get personalized wellness suggestions that actually make a difference, like when to rest or how to optimize my routines.
The Galaxy Ring and Fold6 together form a highly intuitive and powerful duo that enhances both productivity and wellness without adding friction to your day. If you're already in the Samsung ecosystem, this is the next logical—and highly rewarding—step.
