[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want to track your exercises, sleep cycle, skin temp, take photos with your fingers, stop alarms with your fingers, this product is a must have. I have the watch also but sometimes you need to let the wrist breathe a little.

Would love to see sleep detection and exercise be more automatic as well as ability to automatically correlate with snoring. Good battery life so far. Only had for less than 6 months bit battery is one of the best. Charger box is great too for traveling.

The objective is to maintain the ring's tracking functionality to conserve the watch's battery life. Furthermore, the current workout tracking capabilities are not meeting the desired performance standards.

Great alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the health ring is a great alternative for sleep tracking, I have a watch ultra and sure I'm fine with the bulk but it needed some time to get used to the bulk on my wrist to sleep. But with the ring it tracks the same things along with a great battery life, totally satisfied with wearing this and to sleep and all day and using my watch with it during the day

More durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it four months and it broke not good now I got to wait 3 weeks to get a repaired even worse shouldn't be that long especially for something that really can't be repaired only replaced the ring needs to be made more durable besides that I love it.
