The ring fits well and monitors as expected. I purchased this as a gift for my husband and he is enjoying it. He didn't want a smart watch and this is a good compromise for monitoring steps, sleep and other health items. We exercise in a pool (not laps) and the ring falls short there. I hope that Samsung will remedy that at some point. He has to manually enter from info into the Samsung Health App that I get from my AMAZFIT Active watch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When it comes to charging your Galaxy Ring, you have three options: USB-C charging, charging wirelessly, and charging with Wireless PowerShare.
