The sleeping algorithm is amazingly accurate. I don't find the comments about battery life to be helpful at all - with a rechargeable charging case it is super simple to pop the ring for charging while driving (when you're not active anyway), while you're in the gym (if you're weight lifting and shouldn't be wearing your ring anyway), or at other times. People run the ring down to less than 25% and then wonder why the battery doesn't maintain a charge - that's just not how Li-ion batteries work. If you do that to your phone you'll see the capacity drop as well. On the minus side, I don't find the nighttime blood ox number to be believable. Its lower than actual sleep study numbers I've received previously. Not being able to wear the ring during weight lifting means I have to rely on my Polar strap still, which isn't a problem. Best part is I can wear my mechanical watches and still get activity data, sleeping data, etc. without having to wear a smart watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got the ring, I was looking forward to not going to bed without my watch! Strange thing was I got soo accustomed it was harder than I thought, initially! The metrics on the ring were so on point it got easier especially as it meant i could go a solid 8 days (yes you read right, eight) without recharging; and that was with 6 days of solid workouts for 45mins (with the watch on of course for those workouts). So far there's no issues with scratches either and with the silver one that was a concern at first.

What can I say? Samsung is top notch in technology and smashes the competition by saving you money while they do it. The Ring is lightweight, attractive, and monitors your health like no other, or at least like the best competitor. I find myself checking my stats every morning in the Ring app. Like all Samsung products - I LOVE it.

I love this ring...Bur I keep taking it off to wash my hands, then I keep leaving it behind only to find it later in the evening... I have misplaced this ring twice. I love it other than that.
