Best earbuds I’ve had

Great material great sound, fit really well
I would recommend to a friend, however I wish they had sound isolation, and also when I have them high volume people beside me wouldn’t be able to hear what I’m listening to

Left earbud stopped working

I bought them less than a year ago and the left earbud stopped working less than 6 months after the initial use. Because Apple products come with a 1-year warranty, I contacted Apple repair 4 times within the first year and none of the Apple advisors offered to schedule a repair to check what was wrong. I tried all the tricks they said: reset the case, change the charging cable...and nothing worked. I looked on the Internet and many people had the same issue. Don't waste your money on these.

Love the product so far we will see how they last. If they put the noise canceling tech into these like the AirPod pros they would be unreal. Sound quality is good but not as good as the air pod pros. They are amazing for staying in your ears while working out

Third pair of wireless Beats, they're pretty tough. I've taken them all over the place, spent multiple marathon training seasons and they've never let me down. The fit can be wonky, but it's still better than anything else I've tried

Amazing earphones

These have changed my workout game! No more earphones slipping out of my ear, cords getting tangled or pulled (even when tucked into my clothes) I can actually listen to people talk and listen to music at the same time and best of all... they are sweat resistant!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Allergic reaction

Loved these but over time found I had an allergic reaction to them. Very itchy inner ears and some drainage from within my ears. Then both inner ears developed a rash and flaky skin. There is a thread on this problem in the Apple Community and on Reddit. Apple knows about the problem and is doing nothing about it. Very expensive ear phones to have this problem! I can’t use them now as every time I try, even with months between use, the problem comes back.

Charging problems

Nothing special about them, there expensive. a lot of times i find myself with only one working because one of them was not in the box properly, therefore did not charge at all and went dead.
