Extremely disappointed by the Powerbeats Pro

I've experienced a lot of issues with these earbuds, especially when it comes to connectivity. Often, only one earbud connects, or neither of them does. The connection is very inconsistent and unreliable. I also noticed that the battery drains very quickly, even after a full charge.
In my opinion, the Powerbeats Pro are not well designed for Android users. I expected a premium product, but I’ve had nothing but problems with them since I bought them and that was less than a year ago.
To make matters worse, Apple refused to replace them under warranty of the one year, citing corrosion due to sweat or rain, which seems unreasonable for a pair of earbuds marketed for sports and workouts.
I’ll admit, the sound quality was good when they actually worked, but it was way too inconsistent. Too often, I’ve had to start a workout with just one earbud working, or worse none of them charging properly. Even when placing them carefully in the case, they often don’t charge as expected.
Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend the Powerbeats Pro especially to Android users or anyone expecting reliability in a premium product.
I absolutely adored these for the short time I used them. After 2 years the right bud would start dying after 30 minutes and would lose connection with my phone. Shortly after the left one did the same thing. Not worth it for the high price tag
My right ear bud dies after only 30 minutes of use. When I put it back in the charging case, it shows +/-65%. I have hit the reset button but it doesn’t change anything. I would not recommend this very overpriced and underperforming product.
I am on my 3rd pair of these thinking they’ve fixed the problem of one side always not connecting. These are very comfortable earbuds and great for working out, but I always have to reset it and mess with it every time, it’s annoying. Apple AirPods are better! They’ve obviously didn’t fix the problem so stay far away from these and save your money on these very expensive earbuds that don’t work.
I use these to listen to music a lot and to play my switch. They are a huge upgrade from the Powerbeats3. I read alot of reviews about them losing connectivity and I have had them for almost a year and they haven’t lost connection yet. I can even go into other rooms of the house away from my phone and they work fine.
No, it's not the ear bud size that they provide different sizes but the strap. The original version from a few years ago was larger and comfortable. They decided to go smaller and it just hurts to use.
