Thanks for your feedback. In order for our JBL Reflect Aero TWS to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. First, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. As for the built-in microphone, you may check the audio settings on your source device and in the app you're using if it is selected as the audio input and output. You can also try isolating the issue by connecting to different sources or using other apps. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support.
