Earbud not working a month after purchase

I received these earbuds as a b’day gift in December and one of my earbuds is already dysfunctional. It will not come on whatsoever! I tried factory resetting (failed), I allowed the battery to deplete and recharge (still didn’t work) and I tried to see if my case was “dirty”….it’s not because I literally just got them. It’s frustrating for my earbuds not to work after a month of use.

Constantly falls out of ear. Horrific earbuds for active individuals.
Perfect for people that will be sitting while using these earbuds.

We recommend choosing the right size for your ears so that they will stay and not fall out. You may mix and match the different sizes to get the right fit. They do not stay in . The left one doesn't charge. And they are incredibly uncomfortable, dare i say they hurt! I can not use these for more than a mile. I wish to return and find something else.

Horrible battery life

The right earbud has terrible battery life.
I tried running a 5k with these 4 times and it goes out before 25 mins, despite being fully charged beforehand.
Tried fully charging them again and now the right one seems to go from full charge to ~60% in a matter of minutes.
The left one does fine, but I don't want just one earbud.

Impressive sound and noise cancellation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds provided me with waterproof headphones that allow me to listen to my music or the ballgame while doing things outside where they might get wet.
They are very stylish and comfortable. The carrying/charging case has a string handle which I like as I feel it gives me something else to hold onto other than the case which is smooth and could slip out of my hands.
These come with different sized tips.
You are able to use the JBL Headphone app with these headphones which allows you to make sure you're optimizing your usage.
The sound was great. Crystal clear. Love the noise canceling feature. I tested in the a room with a loud fan and I could barely hear it.
One thing these lack which I would like is the ability to control the volume without having to adjust on my phone.
I also like the dustproof aspect since we have a chinchilla so we get a lot of dust throughout the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Shorting out

Bought these for Christmas and they shorted out randomly one day and then got them replaced only for them to get shorted a few months later and it started making weird cracking and popping noise. It's disappointing especially because the audio was so good before they shorted out. might try another brand instead.

Left earbud stopped charging after 13 months

These earbuds were the best-fitting ones I've had, and that's compared to Jabras, Beats Studio and Air Pod Pro 2. I have a larger ear canal in my right ear, and these are the only ones that fit.
However, 13 months after purchase the left earbud stopped charging, and now they're useless.

We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Aero TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. bad seal always

the sound/ music / bass . is amazing. as for the noise cancelling it works well. but with phone calls most of the times ppl hear whats around better than my voice. i had for over 6 month till now i can get them to fit in my ears correctly NEVER. IT ALWAYS SAYS CHECK SEAL. ITS BAD. I NEVER could get them to fit and seal perfectly no matter what i do.. its sucks too much. do not recommend . not worth the money
