bluetooth and fit issues

The bluetooth doesn't connect with my macbook air. And all the wing tips are not shaped correctly to fit my ears. When I try to return, there is a faulty button so even though I select a reason, it keeps giving me the error message - 'you need to select a reason'

Fall out

Not earbuds to wear for activities. With little movement and if sweating these earbuds constantly fall out of place, and completely launch out of your ear
These would be a great pair for listening while sitting.

We appreciate your feedback. In order to wear our JBL Reflect Aero effectively, make sure the buds are securely tightened to your ears. You can also use different size of ear tips, which are included in the box.

Good features but fits poorly

Sound is good and I like the features like ambient aware and noise canceling. I've tried every configuration of the ear fin and cannot get a proper fit and I have to push them back in every few minutes or I'll be scrambling to catch them as they fall. Also the left ear can only hold a charge to give me an hour of play time. I wish the buds with the ear hooks had the same features.

As for the left earbud, please know that it's possible that the battery is losing its capacity. Volume and usage can affect the battery's life. In addition, please know that the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime from full charge. I saw the price and the ear buds and I had to buy these. Same JBL sound quality that has been in my family since my first 4311 studio monitors from 1978.

Worthless in the wind

Decent fit, good audio quality and okay battery life but the noise cancelling in the wind is worthless and can’t be turned off. The audio would be fine if noise cancelling could be turned all the way off but the mics feed through the wind noise in all modes to the point where it drowns everything out when you’re not sheltered from the wind. You can’t bike or run with these.

Love these! They are comfortable and work well. I especially loved the easy set-up process. They were ready to use when they arrived, no long wait for them to charge.
