They sound great, the noise cancelling works great, BUT, you have to get them in the case JUST RIGHT so that they will charge, and if you bump the case they will stop charging. It took me SEVERAL tries to get them in the case JUST RIGHT to where I got them to 100% charged at the same time. TOO MUCH EFFORT so I returned them. I would have loved to keep them, but was just too much trouble trying to get them to charge.

Blue tooth issue!

Dissapointed. Bought it about a month ago. Right ear bud does not stay connected to blue tooth. Tried evey thing still doesn't work. Waste of money.

Thanks for your feedback. Bluetooth will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, it is likely that there is something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing these dropouts. Another possibility is that sometimes a Bluetooth connection can become corrupt. Try to forget/unpair the headphones on your device, then perform manual pairing. Next is reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact us.

I would not recommend them

I bought the product and immediately experienced connectivity issues, losing communication with the phone regularly, forcing me to continually reconnect. Shortly thereafter, they would not charge any longer. I would not recommend the specific product, although I am a huge fan of other JBL products
