bad microphone and bad fit but decent audio.

many reviews are right, it doesn't stay in your ear properly so definitely not for gym. I am happy that i got it very affordable. It already fell off my ears few times.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS comes with 3 sizes of sealing eartips and 3 sizes of Powerfins. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Poor Battery life

Battery life is not as expected. Recharge needed after 3-4 hrs. Frustrating. On the plus side it recharges quickly in the case

Thank you for bringing this into our attention. That’s not the experience we want you to have with our JBL Reflect Aero. With TWS ear buds charging issues, it's frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case using a cotton swab and alcohol. If issue persist, your unit comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, please reach out to our customer support for further assistance.

I was on Facebook and saw a deal you had on these headphones. It was a major discount and couldn't pass it up. I ordered them. They came really quickly. They were super easy to set up and I was able to use the Jbl app and connected them with ease. The sound quality is amazing, I really love bass. I own othe JBL products and have always had a amazing sound quality. They only thing I found that stopped me from giving them a 5 star is that they do seem to hurt my ears after about a few hours of use. Tried the different ear pieces, I found the correct fit but still the do make my ears sore. Other then that the batter life is strong. I think for the price probably the best pair of ear buds I have gotten at such a deal.

The ear buds didn’t fit.kept falling off . Sounds wasn’t too bad but it would have helped if they fit due to being away I didn’t have a chance to return them

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. It is best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes and powerfins enhancer, until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. Additionally, you can try the "Check My Best Fit" banner in JBL Headphones App to walk you through getting the best fit and will let you know when you've accomplished it. I have used JBL products for years and have been very happy with them all. The problem with these wireless earbuds is not the product so much as they are incompatible with my ears(!?). Absolutely can not keep them in place. I have had other JBL wireless and true wireless that have worked just fine. Well, mostly fine. The reason for this purchase was to replace the pair that fell out while I was running and were ran over by passing car.

Adjust the ear tip angle slightly downward for easier insertion into the ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely to the shape of your ear, and continue twisting it into your ear canal.
